AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE VOTING PRECINCTS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the voting precincts of the City of College Station, Texas are as follows:
VOTING PRECINCT 8 - SOUTILKNOLL SCHOOL
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerline of FM 2818 and FM 2154;
THENCE NE along the centerline of FM 2154 to the point where said centerline
intersects the centerline of Holleman Drive;
THENCE NE along the centerline of Holleman Drive to its intersection with the
centerline of Texas Avenue;
THENCE SE along the centerline of, Texas Avenue to the point where it intersects
the centerline of FM 2818;
THENCE SW along the centerline of FM 2818 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
And in addition, all land in Brazos County Precinct II that lies within the corporate
limits of the City of College Station, Texas.
With Polling Place at South Knoll Elementary School.
VOTING PRECINCT 9 - A&M CONSOLIDATED
BEGINNING at the intersection paint of the centerline of FM 60 and the centerline
of FM 2818;
THENCE NE along the centerline of FM 60 to the point where said centerline
intersects the NE right-of-way line of FM 2154;
THENCE SE along the NE right-of-way line of FM 2154 to its intersection with
the centerline of Jersey Street;
THENCE NE along the centerline of Jersey Street to the intersection point of said
centerline with the centerline of Texas Avenue;
< > THENCE SE along the centerline of Texas Avenue to its intersection with the
centerline of Holleman Drive;
THENCE SW along the centerline of Holleman Drive to its intersection with the
centerline of FM 2154;
THENCE SE along the cneterline of FM 2154 where said centerline intersects
with the centerline of FM 2818 (West By-pass);
THENCE NW along the centerline of FM 2818 (West By-pass) to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
With Polling Place at A&M Consolidated School.
VOTING PRECINCT 10 - COLLEGE HILLS
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerline of Texas Avenue and
the common city limits line between the cities of Bryan and College Station;
THENCE along; said common city limits line along the most southerly boundary
of Beverly Estates, an addition to the City of Bryan;

THENCE continuing along the extra -territorial jurisdiction line between the
cities of Bryan and College Station, according to an agreement between said cities
dated November 28, 1966, said extra -territorial jurisdiction line also being the
city limits of College Station to the most northerly corner of the College Station
city limits;
THENCE SE one mile along said city limits to the pdnt where same angles
909 to the right;
THENCE SW along the city limits line to a point, said point further described
as being 500 feet from the east right-of-way line of State Highway 6 (East By-pass);
THENCE SE along a line 500 feet from and normal to the east right-of-way
line of State Highway 6 East By-pass, said line also being the city limits line, to a
point for a corner;
THENCE SW along the city limits line to the point where same intersects the
centerline of State Highway 6 (Business Route) now referred to as Texas Avenue;
THENCE NW along the centerline of Texas Avenuieto the POINT OF BEGINNING.
With Polling Place at the College Station Fire Station.
VOTING PRECINCT 20 - TEXAS A&M
BEGINNING at the intersection point of the centerline of Texas Avenue and
the centerline of Jersey Street in College Station;
THENCE SW along the centerline of Jersey Street to its intersection with the
NE right-of,%way line of FM 2154;
THENCE NW along the NE right-of-way line of FM 2154 to its intersection
with the centerline of University Drive (FM 60);
THENCE NE along the centerline of University Drive to its intersection with
the centerline of Texas Avenue;
THENCE SE along the centerline of Texas Avenue to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
With Polling Place at the Old Cushing Library.
VOTING PRECINCT 21 - NORTH GATE
BEGINNING at the intersection point of the centerline of Texas Avenue and
the centerline of University Drive (FM 60) in College Station;
THENCE SW along the centerline of University Drive to its intersection with
the NE right-of-way line of FM 2154;
THENCE NW along said NE right-of-way line of FM 2154 (which is also the
city limits line of the City of College Station) to the point where said right-of-way
line intersects the city limits line of the City of Bryan;
THENCE generally northeasterly along the common city limits line between
the cities of Bryan and College Station, passing College Avenue, along the NW
boundary line of the Texas A&M University property known as Hensel Park, to the
intersection point of said common city limits line with the centerline of Texas Avenue;
THENCE SE along the centerline of Texas Avenue to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
And in addition, all land in Brazos County Precincts III and XI that lies within the
corporate limits of the City of College Station, Texas.
With Polling Place at College Station Municipal Building at 101 Church Avenue North,
College Station, Texas.
