AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE SOUTHWEST ONE -HALF OF LOT 4 OF THE
D. A. SMITH SUBDIVISION FROM DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE
DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7 :00 P. M. on
Monday, September 25, 1972, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
city limits,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the southwest one -half of Lot 4 of the
D. A. Smith Subdivision and being that property owned by W. D. Fitch from
District No. 3, Apartment House District,to District No. 4, First Business District,
and it is ordained that said change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of September, 1972.
