AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 4, BLOCK 21 OF THE BOYETT SUBDIVISION
FROM DISTRICT NO. 2, SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, TO DISTRICT
NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7 :00 P. M. on
Monday, September 25, 1972 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
city limits,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lot 4, Block 21 of the Boyett Subdivision
and being that property owned by Mr. Bardin Nelson, from District No. 2, Second
Dwelling House District, to District No. 3, Apartment House District, and it is
ordained that said change be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of September, 1972.
