AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUESTION OF REZONING
LOT 1, BLOCK B, COLLEGE HEIGHTS ADDITION FROM DISTRICT NO. 2, SECOND DWEL-
LING HOUSE DISTRICT TO DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT AND MORE PARTI-
CULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that all land de-
scribed herein be rezoned from District No. 2, Second Dwelling House District to District
No. 4, First Business District.
It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City Hall in College Station
at 7 :00 P.M. on Monday, September 25, 1972, on the question of rezoning certain areas
within the city limits as follows:
Lot 1, Block B of the College Heights Addition and being that property owned by Mr. Larry
Landry, from District No. 2, Second Dwelling House District to District No. 4, First
Business District.
Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of College Station at leastthree times, the first publication of which shall not be
less than 15 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of August, 1972.
