AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 1, 2 & 3, BLOCK 9, BOYETT SUBDIVISION
FROM DISTRICT NO. 3, APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT TO DISTRICT NO. 5,
SECOND BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council Held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P. M.
on July 26, 1971, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city limits,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 9, Boyett
Subdivision from District No. 3, Apartment House District to District No. 5,
Second Business District, and it is so ordained that said change be effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of July, 1971.
