SCOTT SURVEY FROM DISTRICT NO. 1, FIRST DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT TO DISTRICT NO. 4, FIRST BUSINESS DISTRICT, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that all land described herein be rezoned from District No. 1, First Dwelling House District to District No. 4, First Business District. It is hereby ordered that a public hearing shall be held at the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 1971, on the question of rezoning certain areas within the city limits as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southwest line of F.M. Road 2818 and the southeast line of F&B Road in the J.E. Scott Survey in College Station, Brazos County,'Texas; Thence with the southwest line of F.M. Road 2818 as follows: S 880 09' E - 69.3 feet; S 410 59, E - 189.7 feet; �kw S 430 42 E - 500.2 feet; S 410 59: E - 400.0 feet; S 400 33' E - 411.6 feet; Thence S 440 36' W - 230.1 feet; Thence N 450 24' W - 1554.7 feet to the southeast line of F&B Road; Thence N 450 41' E - 268.0 feet along the southeast line of F&B Road to the point of beginning and containing 9.62 acres of land more or less, from District No. 1, First Dwelling House District to District No. 4, First Business District. Notice of said hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of College Station at least three times, the first publication of which shall be not less than 15 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing.
