AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Presentation by George Dresser
Mr. Dresser made a presentation to the Board, explaining what is considered
an obstruction and what is a hazardous structure. He pointed out that the
Board is brought in when hazardous structures are considered. He stated
that the Board is to take action after receiving a ruling by the Federal
Aviation Agency and an opinion from the airport manager, and they should
consider whether the structure is temporary or permanent.
