ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
October 12, 1976
7:30 p.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Weiss; Members Comstock, Runnels;
Alternate and Council Liaison Ringer,
Building Official Koehler.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Hughey, Storts.
VISITORS PRESENT: E.W. Schultz
1. .Approval of the minutes of the meeting of September 14, 1976.
Runnels moved that the minutes be approved. The motion was
seconded by Comstock and unanimously approved.
2. Consideration of a request from E.W. Schul

Chairman Weiss moved that the variance be granted. The motion
was seconded by Runnels and unanimously approved.
3. Other Business. Koehler informed the Board that his office
was instituting a program of enforcement of sign regulations which
would probably result in an increased case load for the Board.
4. Adiourn: There being no other business, the Chairman declared
the meeting adjourned.
