Zoning Board of Adjustment
April 15, 1975
7:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairperson Fredda Austin, Members James Teer, Wayne Etter,
Glen Jones; Building Official L. P. Dulaney, City Planner
Koehler.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Kathy Leabo.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Approval of the minutes of the meeting of March 11, 1975.
Mr. Etter moved that the minutes be approved. The motion was seconded by
Mr. Jones and unanimously approved.
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Hear visitors. No one spoke.
Agenda Item No. 3 -- Consideration of a variance request from Alan R. Hanks.
Mr. Koehler explained the nature of the request to build a carport within
8 feet of the rear property line. Mr. Etter pointed out that this would not
be substantially different from any other side lot line.
Mr. Jones moved that the variance be allowed. The motion was seconded by
Mr. Teer and unanimously approved.
Agenda Item No. 4 -- Other business. Mr. Larry Priesmeyer asked the Board
to set a date for a meeting to consider a variance request on the Pott's
property.
Chairperson Austin set Tuesday, April 22 as the date of .the next meeting to
hear this request.
Agenda Item No. 5 -- Adjourn. Mr. Etter moved that the meeting be adjourned.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Teer and unanimously approved.
