1. Review Agenda Coversheets for August 9th CC Meeting: Tom Brymer, City Manager,
reviewed agenda coversheets for the August 9, 2001 City Council meeting.
2. Review Agenda Planning Calendar: Tom reviewed the agenda planning calendar and items
were added, removed and rescheduled.
3. Email Retention Policy: Connie Hooks, City Secretary, reported that she has not received any
feedback on the draft policy. The team discussed it and it was decided that a group of
individuals from OTIS, MIS, Legal, Finance, and the City Secretary's Office would meet and
decide on a new policy for presentation to the team at a later date.
4. Imaging Policy: Not discussed. Item to return at a later meeting.
5. Other:
➢ Budget: Tom mentioned tentative dates for budget workshops of August 21st & 28th
and September 4th & 5th. Meetings will be held at 3:OOpm in the Council Chambers.
➢ Intergovernmental Plan: Tom distributed a draft list of intergovernmental items for
2001 - 2002. No action was taken.
