1. Review Agenda Coversheets for May 24th CC Meeting: Tom Brymer, City Manager,
reviewed the coversheets for the May 24th City Council meeting.
2. Retreat Follow-up: Tom informed the Mgt. Team of the Strategic Plan Implementation Plan
meeting Monday May 21st from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers.
During the meting the team will brainstorm implementation plans for the Strategic Plan.
Directors were reminded that the plan is a multi-year document and that implementation
plans do not need to be detailed. He also thanked the team for their attendance and
participation during the Strategic Planning retreat.
3. Review Agenda Planning Calendar: Tom Brymer, City Manager, reviewed the agenda
planning calendar and items were added, removed and rescheduled.
