ORDINANCE NO. 2855
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, " BUSINESS REGULATIONS", OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, BY
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2793, SECTION 19, "RENTAL REGISTRATION OF
SINGLE AND DUPLEX RENTAL UNITS," AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
PART 1:
That Chapter 4, "Business Regulations", of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of College Station, Texas, be amended by repealing Ordinance No.
2793, Section 19, "Rental Registration of Single Family and Duplex
Rental Units."
PART 2:
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
