ORDINANCE NO. 2850
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING MOUNTAIN BREEZE WAY IN ITS ENTIRETY
WITHiN THE CITY LIMITS OF COLLEGE STATION, TO EAGLE AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1:
That Mountain Breeze Way will connect to Eagle Avenue forming a
minor collector roadway connecting State Highway 6 to Wellborn Road.
PART 2:
Using a single street name (Le., Eagle Avenue) will simplify navigation in
the area.
PART 3:
That there are no properties currently addressed off of Mountain Breeze
Way.
PART 4:
That this proposed street renaming meets the guidelines of the public
facilities naming policy.
That this ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after the date of
passage by the City Council, as provided by Section 34 of the Charter of
the City of College Station.
PART 5:
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this twenty-second day of November 2005.
