AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING OFFICIAL TO AMEND THE
CURRENT ADDRESS OF 407 NAGLE (UNITS 41-64 OF THE FRENCH QUARTER
APARTMENTS) TO THE NEW ADDRESS OF 601 CROSS TO COINCIDE WITH THE
SYSTEM OF ADDRESSING THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING USED BY. THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, having heard the
recommendation from the Police Department, Fire Department, 911 Services, and
French Quarter Management that the current address of 407 Nagle (Units 41-64 of the
French Quarter Apartments) be changed to 601 Cross to conform with the addressing
system being used for the rest of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, having determined
that it would be in the best interests of the citizens of the City of College Station to
consolidate all units of the French Quarter Apartments into one address, 601 Cross;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the current address of 407 Nagle (Units 41-64 of the
French Quarter Apartments) be changed to 601 Cross and that said address change
will become effective on the 13th day of July ,1995.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED this 13th day of July
