COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF GRAHAM ROAD AT THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF VICTORIA AVENUE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The following two tracts of property be rezoned from A-O Agricultural Open to R-1 Single Family Residential: Tract One: A 14.786 acre tract described by metes and bounds in "Exhibit A" and shown graphically in "Exhibit C'. Tract Two: A 22.446 acre tract described by metes and bounds in "Exhibit B" and shown graphically in "Exhibit C". A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, January 28, 1998, the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room ofthe City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 12, 1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance.
