AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING 0.9645 ACRES, BEING
PART OF LOT 14, BLOCK T OF THE UNIVERSITY PARK SECTION H, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF COLI~GE STATION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN
VOLUME 538, PAGE 721 ON THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS.
SAID TRACT ALSO REFERRED TO LOT 14-B, BLOCK T OF THE UNIVERSITY PARK
SECTION H SUBDMSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
The subject 0.9645 acre tract, lot 14-B, block T of the University Park Section H
Subdivision, described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "A" and shown
graphically in Exhibit "B" is rezoned from C-B Business Commercial to A-P
Administrative Professional.
A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing
and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general
circulation in the Cities of Bqnm and College Station, said publication being on Monday,
December 22, 1997, the same beh!g at least f~een (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in
the Council Room of the City I-I'A!! in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday,
January 7, 1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance.

Being a 0.964S-acre tract or parcel of land and being a Part of Lot 14, Block T, University Park Section II,
an addition to the City of College Station according to the plat recorded in Volume 538, Page 721, Deed
Records, Brazos County, Texas, and also being a part of the tract of land conveyed to Texas Hotel
Management Corp. by deed recorded in Volume 2839, Page 127, Official Records, Brazos County, Texas,
and said 0.9645-acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2' iron rod found on the northwesterly right of way line of University Drive (also known
as FM 60) marking the southernmost corner of Lot 12, Replat of Lots 12 and 13, Block T, University Drive
Section II, according to the plat recorded in Volume 648, Page 231, Official Records, Brazos County,
Texas, said rod also marking the easternmost corner of Lot 14;
THENCE S 58°46'09' W, along said right of way line for a distance of 54.70' to a 1/2' iron rod set;
THENCE S 68°55'33' W, continuing along said right of way line, for a distance of 119.53' to a 1/2' iron
rod set;
THENCE N 21°04'27- W, through referenced Lot 14, for a distance of 271.00' to a 1/2' iron rod set;
THENCE N 57°05'34- E, continuing through referenced Lot 14, to the southwestern property line of Lot 9,
Block T, University Park Section II, for a distance of 91.59'a 1/2" iron rod set;
THENCE along a curve to the right which is the southwestern property line of Lots 9, 10 and a portion of
11, Block T, University Park Section II, with the following data: chord distance 74.78', chord bearing S
51~22.~3' E, radius 573.59', arc 74.83', delta angle 7'28'30', to a 1/2' iron rod found;
THENCE continuing along a curve to the right which is the southwestern property line of said Lots 10 and
11, Block T, and of replatted LOt 12, Block T, of the above referenced plats, with the following data: chord
distance 182.09', chord bearing S 35°17'31- E, radius 425.90', arc 183.51', delta angle 24°41'13', to a 1/2"
iron rod found;
THENCE S 22°56'55' E, continuing along the southwestern property line of said replatted LOt 12, for a
distance of 39.08' to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.9845 acre of land, more or less.
