AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 10, BLOCK 71 OF FRATERNITY ROW SOUTHWOOD
VALLEY SECTION 28 TOTALING 1.72 ACRES IN COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, SAID
PROPERTY SHOWN ON A FINAL PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 971, PAGE 583 OF
THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
Lot 10, block 71 of' the Fraternity Row Southwood Valley Section 28 subdivision
recorded in volume 971, page 583 of the Official Records of' Brazos County, Texas and
totaling 1.72 acres is rezoned from C-1 General Commercial to R-5 Apartments Medium
Density. (Subject property shown graphically in Exhibit "A".)
A notice of the time and place, where and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing
and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general
circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, May
13, 1998, the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the
Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 28,
1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance.
