AN ORDINANCE REZONING A TRACT OF LAND TOTALING 14.417 ACRES, BEING
ALL OF LOT 20 OF THE SANDSTONE ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 389,
PAGE 179 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1:
That the City of College Station Zoning Ordinance #1638, more specifically the
Official Zoning Map, be amended as set out in Exhibits "A", "B", and "C" attached
hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes.
PART 2:
That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of the remaining
provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect.
PART 3:
That any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than Two
Thousand Dollars ($2000.00). Each day such violation shall continue or be
permitted to continue, shall be deemed a separate offense. Said Ordinance, being a
penal ordinance, becomes effective ten (10) from the date of it's passage by the City
Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 13th day of January, 2000.

That the Official Zoning Map of the City of College Station, and part of Zoning Ordinance
#1638, is hereby amended as follows:
The following property is rezoned from A-O Agricultural Open to A-OR Rural
Residemial Subdivision:
A 14.417 acre tract described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "B" and
shown graphically in Exhibit "C", being all of Lot 20, Sandstone Addition, as recorded
in Volume 389, Page 179 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas.

All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land being 14.417 acres situated in the MORGAN
RECTOR LEAGUE, Abstract No. 46, City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and
being all of LOT 20, SANDSTONE ADDITION, of record in Volume 389, Page 179, said
14.417 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" Iron Rod found for the most southerly corner of said Lot 20, said
corner being an exterior corner of Lot 11 and Lot 12, FOXFIRE Phase 1, as recorded in
Volume 351, Page 435;
THENCE N 44 ° 32 ' 07 "W, along the southwest line of said Lot 20 a distance of
812.15 feet to a 1/2" Iron Rod found for the most westerly corner, said corner being the
most southerly corner of Lot 19 of said Sandstone Addition;
THENCE N 45 ° 00 ' 00" E, along the common line between said Lot 19 and said Lot 20
a distance of 819.85 feet to a 1/2" Iron Rod found for the most northerly corner, said
corner being located in the southwest line of Lot 5, Sandstone Addition;
THENCE S 37 ° 52 ' 29" E, along the common between said Lot 20 and Lot 5 and Lot
6, Sandstone Addition a distance of 820.53 feet to a 1/2" Iron Rod found for the most
easterly corner, said corner being the mpst easterly corner of said Lot 20 and also being
the most southerly corner of said Lot 6, said corner also being located in the northwest
.line of Lot 20, Foxfire - Phase 1;
THENCE S 45 ° 09 ' 48 "W, along the common line between the southeast line of said
Lot 20, Sandstone Addition and Foxfire - Phase 1, a distance of 724.66 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING AN AREA ~1e 14.417 ACRES OF LAND
