please pass along all the stuff to me. i'll send them a certified letter refusing to grant a franchise
agreement, i'm on vacation the rest of the week. so, it'll be the first part of next week before i send them
a letter, thanks to everyone for helping with the process.

I have been holding this contract since November 8 because of the insurance coverage being
incomplete. I have made several calls and Michele Boriskie (Risk Mgmt) has also made calls trying to get
this resolved so that the contract could be routed for signatures. This morning we received the last
remaining certificate for the worker's comp; however, it did not have the waiver of subrogation clause
added. Michele then called the insurance producer and they told her they were instructed by American
3Cl not to add the waiver. They were not willing the pay the additional cost.
I need to know where you want to go from here? Let me know if we scrap the contract or what to do?

insurance cerlificates for American
We now have 3CI, Cheriie Shear has the Contract (he is holding it
pending an Acceptance Letter ~ a Corporate Resolution stating that the new president for American
3CI is authorized to sign for the company). I have called Norma Bullock and told her that 'yes' the
Insurance is now acceptable;however, we have not received the requested information so that the
contract can be routed. I asked herto please check to see if they are stiff Interested In the franchise
agreement and to let us know one way or the other so that we will know what to do with the original
agreement. She said she would get back with you, Chadle, so well wait and see.

american 3ci medical waste franchise agreement
american 3ci medical waste company did not fulfill the requirements as delineated in their council
approved medical waste franchise agreement, therefore, a medical waste franchise was not granted.
