AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 2) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2409
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1999-2000 FISCAL YEAR AND
AUTHORIZING AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, a budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1999 to September 30. 2000, was prepared
for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on August 24, 2000, the Council called a public hearing for September 14, 2000,
and notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on September 6, 2000, in compliance
with the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 14, 2000, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1999-2000 Fiscal Year Budget; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
Part I:
That the amended expenditures budgeted for fiscal year 1999-2000 for
the Utility Funds is $62,750,504, and for the Internal Service Funds is
$6,314,118, and for the Business Park Capital Project Fund is
$4,250,000, and for the General Government Capital Project Fund is
$3,379,241, and for the Court Security Fund is $10,000, and for the
Court Technology Fund is $10,000, and
Part II:
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its date of
passage in accordance with the City Charter of the City of College
Station, Texas.
