AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A 0.097 ACRE (10 FOOT WIDE)
WATER UTILITY EASEMENT, LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE CRAWFORD
BURNETT LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NO. 7, COLLEGE STATION. BRAZOS COUNTY,
TEXAS AND BEING A PORTION OF TRACT THREE, DIVISION OF THE KENNETH W.
SCHICK, TRUSTEE, 36.182 ACRE TRACT AS DESCRIBED IN DEED RECORDS IN
VOLUME 542, PAGE 131 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS,
AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY EXHIBIT
WHEREAS, the City of College Station has received an Application for the Abandonment of a
0.097 acre water utility easement, lying and being situated within the Crawford Burnett League,
Abstract No. 7 in the CiD' of College Station. Brazos County. Texas said portion being more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto: and
WHEREAS, on April 13, 2000, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas. heard the
application of Greg Taggart. on behalf of the property owner, Jerry Windham, for the vacation
and abandonment of the aforementioned 0.097 acre water utility easement that lies within the
Crawford Burner League. Abstract No. 7, College Station. Brazos County, Texas and being a
portion of tract 3, division of the Kenneth W. Schick. Trustee. 36.182 acre tract as described in
deed records in Volnme 542, Page 131, of the Official Records of Brazos County. Texas:
NOW, THEREFORE. be it ordained by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
that the 0.097 acre water utility easement, which lies within the Crawford Burnett League.
Abstract No. 7, College Station, Brazos Count).,, Texas and more particularly described by
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be abandoned and vacated.

line easement lying and being situated in the Crawford Bumett League, Abstract No. 7, Brazos County,
Texas and being a portion out of Tract Three, Division of the Kenneth W. Schick, Trustee, 36.182 Acres
Tract, as depicted by plat recorded in VOLUME 542 PAGE 131 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas, said 0.097 acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
COM34~NCING at a point for the north comer of said Tract Three, and being also the xvest comer of
Tract Two, and lying in the southeast right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway;
TI:IENCE S 43° 51' 28" E - 490.19 feet with the common line between said Tract Three and Tract Two
to a point for comer, and being the PLACE OF BEGINNING;
Tlt'F. NCE S 43° 51' 28" E- 10.00 feet with said line to a point for comer;
TI:FENCE S 45° 52' 13" W - 423.60 feet across said Tract Three to a point for comer in the southwest
line of Tract Three and the northeast line of Tract Six;
