(Note new start time) Brazos County Commissioner's Courtroom 200 South Texas Avenue Bryan, TX 77803 AGENDA 1) Welcome and Open Meeting -Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocation. 2) Public Comments Regarding Items Not on the Agenda -Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card describing the topic(s) they wish to address. Public comment cards may be obtained from Lisa Lyon of the MPO staff prior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments to three minutes per topic. 3) Approval Of Minutes from the June 1, 2022 Policy Board Meeting -Consider adoption - Action Required. (See attachment.) 4) Staff Report • Safe Streets and Roads For All (SS4A) Discretionary Grant Progress Report • Congestion Management Process • Multiple Use Agreements on Public Rights -Of -Way • Bryan District Traffic Saturation Counts • Unified Transportation Program and Impacts on MPO Documents 5) Draft FY 2023 — FY 2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) -Per Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) policy, every two years the MPO must develop a Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which lists the projects for which federal transportation funds will be spent during a four-year year period. The MPO must demonstrate that the projects in the TIP have the funding reasonably available to complete the listed projects. Staff has completed a draft of the FY 2023 — FY 2026 TIP, the TAC has recommended the TIP to the Policy Board for adoption and staff has completed the required 30- day public comment period. Action Required. (See attachment.) 6) Process for Amending the 2050 Major Thoroughfare Concept -Since the 2050 Major Thoroughfare Concept was adopted there have been several instances where proposed roadways have been located that pass through properties that the owners now wish to develop. Page 2 Staff developed an amendment process and a one page amendment request form, the TAC made minor revisions to both the process and the form and has recommended the revised process and request form to the Policy Board for adoption.
