Choice Consulting will then deliver a report and scope of work to Parks Department to use in future bidding. 2) Bee Creek and Thomas Swing Project — Design phase is 95 percent complete. Currently working with Purchasing Department on all paperwork to be bid out. 3) Parkway Park— Park is complete. Contractor is currently working on punch list. Expected to be done with everything, third week of September. 4) Pebble Creek Playground Refurbish — Contractor started the project August 25th. The purpose of this project is to install new features on an existing play structure. 5) Raintree Park Shelter — Contractor to start demo in Park second or third week of September. Expected delivery date of metal shelter, September 29th 6) Veterans Synthetic Field — Contractor currently working on detention pond. Contractor to start with drainage slope and underground drain in the near future. 7) Veterans Park Shelter — Contractor to start block work on pole the third week of September. Project expected to be done by the end of September. 8) Veterans Shop Expansion —JaCody Construction was the low bidder. Construction scheduled to start September 2nd. Project expected to be done mid -January. 9) Southwest Park Phase II - Contractor currently finishing Park. Park expected to be open mid to late September. 10) WPC Festival Site Exercise Equipment — Noticed to Proceed was given to contractor August 28th Contractor is in the process of ordering the equipment. Once equipment is in, contractor will start site work. 11) WPC Pre -Fab Restroom — Currently working with engineers on site work and electrical plans.
