1. Administering the Oath of Office and Swearing in of new and reappointed
Board members.
2. Call to order and Roll Call.
3. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
4. Hear visitors.
5. Consideration, discussion, and possible action of minutes from the meeting
of July 13, 2010.
6. Update on Smith Tract parkland acquisition, and Zone 15 parkland search.
7. Presentation, discussion, and possible action concerning Parks and
Recreation Department Overview.
8. Update on Quarterly Park Maintenance Standards Report.
9. Discussion and possible action concerning developments, The Barracks and
Phillips Square.
10. Discussion and possible action concerning the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Board Goals for FY10.
11. Presentation, discussion, and possible action concerning the current Capital
Improvements Program:
