Call to Order and consider absence requests. With a quorum present, the Citizen’s Bond Advisory Committee was called to order by Chair David Higdon at 6:03 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022, in the Council Chambers of the City of College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas 77842. 2. Agenda Items 2.1 Presentation, discussion, and possible action on minutes for the March 28 meeting. James Massey made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 28th meeting. Fred Dupriest seconded the motion. 2.2 Public comment on potential capital projects. College Station resident Laura Arthur spoke in favor of issuing bonds to fund pickleball courts in College Station. 2.3 Presentation, discussion, and consideration of future capital projects. Committee Chair David Higdon, presented the results of the committee’s online ranking of projects. Diane Davis made a motion to approve the ranked list of projects as is. James Massey seconded the motion. There were 17 votes in favor of approving the list. There were no votes opposed. The ranked list of projects, in order from the projects the committee most strongly recommends to least strongly recommends, is as follows: 1 Fire Station #7 - South CS  2 Rock Prairie Road East Widening  3 Citywide Park Improvements  4 Bachmann Little League Building replacement  5 Bachmann Little League (senior) Building replacement  6 Veterans Park - 6 soccer field replacements  7 Pickleball Courts  8 Veterans Park - Synthetic fields 7&8 replacement  9 Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements  10 Traffic Signal Improvements  11 Central Park Operations Shop  12 Mabel Clare Thomas Park improvements  13 Bee Creek & Central Tennis Court replacements  14 Lincoln Center Area improvements  15 Gilchrist Street Rehabilitation  16 Mabel Clare Thomas Park Pool  17 Barron Cut-Off Road Rehabilitation  18 Texas Independence Ball Park Phase 2  19 Public Works Operations Center  20 Parks Office Building  21 Westside Park Development  22 Dartmouth Street Extension  23 F&B/Health Science Parkway Widening  24 Fun For All Playground Phase 3  25 Roundabout Improvements  26 Nimitz Street Rehabilitation  27 Luther Street Widening  28 Aquatic Center (add on to Rec Center)  29 Northgate Entertainment District  30 Birding Initiatives and Facilities  31 Recreation Center  32 Military Heritage Center  33 Town Lake Drive Extension   The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM ________________________ Chair ATTEST: _______________________ City Secretary
