1. Call to Order and consider absence requests.
With a quorum present, the Citizen’s Bond Advisory Committee was called to order by Chair David Higdon at 6:03 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022, in the Council Chambers of the City of College
Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas 77842.
2. Agenda Items
2.1 Presentation, discussion, and possible action on minutes for the March 28 meeting.
James Massey made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 28th meeting. Fred Dupriest seconded the motion.
2.2 Public comment on potential capital projects.
College Station resident Laura Arthur spoke in favor of issuing bonds to fund pickleball courts in College Station.
2.3 Presentation, discussion, and consideration of future capital projects.
Committee Chair David Higdon, presented the results of the committee’s online ranking of projects. Diane Davis made a motion to approve the ranked list of projects as is. James Massey
seconded the motion. There were 17 votes in favor of approving the list. There were no votes opposed. The ranked list of projects, in order from the projects the committee most strongly
recommends to least strongly recommends, is as follows:
