Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the September 12, 2017 meeting. 5. Presentation, discussion, possible action on the Athletic Facility Priority Usage Policy Amendment. 6. Update on Arts Council Building. 7. Update from members on assigned parks. 8. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke. • Ace Townhomes 9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Call to order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order with a quorum present at 7:00 p.m. 2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. No requests received. 3. Hear visitors. No visitors. 4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the July 11, 2017 meeting. Keith Roberts made a motion to approve the minutes, and Marc Chaloupka seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously. 5. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Southeast Park Naming. No Action was taken at this time, the committee will form a subcommittee to further discuss naming options. 6. Presentation and discussion the Memorial Day Event. J.D wood and Gabby Salazar presented this item. Informational item only and no action was taken. 7. Update from the committee members on their assigned parks. The committee members will either bring the checklist to the meeting or email it to David Schmitz monthly. 8. Strategic Planning: Short and Long term. a. Parkland Acquisition. Paul Dyson made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Keith Roberts seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
