Mayor D. A. (Andy) Anderson, College Stai tion, will extend the of- ficial welcome at the 9 a.m. opening session Monday. At 10 :45 a.m. Rabbi 1 Mark N. Goldman, chap- lain of Ft. Hood, will speak on "Interfaith Dialogue." Setting up tables to assist Rabbi Goldman illustrating the Jewish Passover and Sabbath will be Mrs. Ray- mond Reiser and Mrs. Barry Shapiro both of College Station. About 300 delegates and visitors will study Christian Renewal. Mrs. L. H. Maloy, Jr. diocesan president, of Waco will preside over the business meetings and workshops. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Monday. Banquet tickets may be purchased until 9 a.m. and again from 12 :30 to 1 :30 p.m. County Judge Gus Strauss of Lavaca County will speak at the 7 :15 p.m. banquet Monday evening. Pools will open Tuesday from 8 to 9:30 a.m. for the election of new of- ficers to serve a two year term. To round out
