2.3. Presentation, discussion, and possible action of Request for Proposal 21-012 agency proposal
mechanics and related to 2021 — 2022 Public Service Funding Process.
2.4. Presentation, discussion, and possible action of proposed review and site visit schedule and
2021-2022 Joint Relief Funding Review Committee Site Visit Memo.
2.5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action of dates and format for presentations/ranking
public meeting and recommendations public meetings.
2.6. Presentation, discussion, and possible action of the proposal submitted by MHMR Authority of
Brazos Valley in response to Request for Proposal 21-012 for 2021-2022 Community

Child Health Clinic in response to Request for Proposal 21-012 for 2021-2022 Community
Development Block Grant public service funding.
3. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items.
A member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited
to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
4. Adjourn.
The Board or Commission may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on the
agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion.
