Regular Board Meeting

1. Welcome and Open Meeting
Chair Tedi Ellison will call the meeting to order, lead the Pledge of allegiance to the American and
Texas flags and offer an invocation.
2. Public Comments Regarding Items Not on the Agenda
Individuals who wish to address the Board of Directors must request to comment. To comment,
contact Lisa Lyon at ttyon@bcsmpo.orq prior to 5:00 pm on January 26, 2021. Include name,
address and subject to comment on in the body of the email. Please limit your comments to three
minutes per topic.
3. Approval of Minutes from the December 16, 2020 RMA Board Meeting
Consider adoption — Action Required. (See attachment)
4. Approval of RMA Compliance Report
Each year, Per 43 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §26.65(a), RMAs must submit a compliance
report to the TxDOT executive director within 150 days after the end of the RMA fiscal year. The
RMA Board must approve the report before it can be submitted. — Action Required. (See
attachment)
