Brazos County, Texas and being all of that 8.00 acre tract of land conveyed to Andrew D. Difiore, Trustee, by Roger R. Davidson, Trustee, recorded in Volume 949 page 729, Official Records of Brazos County, Texas and a part of the S.W. Equity 13.5 Acre Tract recorded in Volume 1128 page 574 of the Official Records of Brazos County Texas and being mo,e particularly described as follows: BEGINNING: at a 1/2" iron rod found at the south corner of said 8.49 acre tract, same being in the northwest line of Pooh's Park Subdivision (317/618); also being the east comer of the Don R. Dale 6.03 acre tract (275/113); TIIENCE: N 4703318" W - 347.31 feet along the common line between said 8.49 acre tract and said Don Dale tract to a 1/2" iron rod found for corner, same being the south corner of the Lacour Investments 12.18 acre tract (398n68); THENCE: N 42009'43" E along the common line of said 8.49 Acre Tract and said Lacour Investments Tract at 852.65 feet passing a 12" iron rod found for the north corner of the said original 8.00 Acre Tract and most easterly corner of said Lacour Investments tract. also on the Southwest line of a called 13.5 Acre Tract conveyed to S.W.
