Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission
and the Comprehensive Plan Evaluation Committee may or may not be present at the
following event:

For Comprehensive Plan Evaluation Committee meetings conducted via virtual platform,
instructions to access the meeting and an electronic copy the agenda packet will be available
72 hours prior to the meeting at www.cstx.gov/publicmeetinginstructions. Members of the
public are entitled to listen in during any telephonic or videoconference meeting.
I certify that the above Notice of Meeting was posted on the website of the City of College Station at 5:00
p.m. on May 8, 2020.
