The house is nestled in College Station’s Historic District, positioned on a unique, oversized lot and shaded by large oak trees. •This restored cottage offers history and character. A true treasure in College Station. •The home was originally erected on the west side of Clark (now Gene Stallings) in 1899. It burned in 1924 and was rebuilt in 1925 before being sold and moved off campus in 1942. A previous resident was D.W.
