AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS. BY AMENDING THE LANI) USE PLAN, FOR THE AREA
GENERALLY I)ESCRIBED AS THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GREENS PRAIRIE
ROAI) AND STATE lllGHWAY 6 INI)ICATEI) AS "PARCEL 1," PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE: DECLARING A PENALTY, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
TEXAS'
PART I:
That the "Comprehensive Plan of the C~ty of College Station" be amended by
amen&ng the "Land Use Plan" as shov, n in "Exhibit A-l". tbr the idenufied area
and made a part of this ordinance tbr all purposes
PART 2:
That if any provmons of any secuon of this ordinance shall be held to be vo,d or
unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the val,d,ty of the rema,mng
provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain ,n full fume and
effect
PART 3
That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor
more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) Each day such wolafion shall
continue or be permitted to continue, shall be deemed a separate offense. Smd
Ordinance, being a penal ordinance, becomes effecuve ten (10) days after ~ts date
of passage by the City Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the
Cay of College Stauon
