A member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific  factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited  to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.  5.Adjourn. Chairperson Harvell called the meeting to order at 3:09 p.m. AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Hear Visitors. There were no visitors who wished to speak. AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consideration, discussion, and possible action to approve absence requests. MiChal Hall – November 18, 2019 Board Member Jansen motioned to approve the meeting absences. The motion was approved (5-0). AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Consideration, discussion, and possible action to approve meeting minutes. Board Member LeBlanc motioned to approve the meeting minutes from September 16, 2019. The motion was seconded by Board Member Jansen and was approved (5-0). AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: Presentation and discussion regarding an update on the following items: TAMU Bicycle Share Program Safe Passing Ordinance Ron Steedly with Texas A&M gave an update regarding the TAMU bicycle share program. He stated that there have been multiple problems with the bicycles being left in inappropriate places. They are now looking at reducing the geofence and possibly having a program that allows the bicycle to be secured to an object. Page 3 of 4 Senior program manager Venessa Garza stated she will be working with Ron and Veoride to reduce the geofence. There was general discussion amongst the board regarding the bicycle share program. Senior program manager Venessa Garza gave an update regarding a safe passing ordinance. She stated that it will be discussed at the Council Transportation Committee meeting on November 19, 2019. AGENDA ITEM NO. 7: Presentation and discussion regarding the Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board calendar of upcoming meetings. November 21, 2019 ~ Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting ~ City Hall, Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue ~ 6:00 p.m. December 16, 2019 ~ Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board ~ City Hall, City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room 1, 1101 Texas Avenue ~ 3:00 p.m. There was general discussion regarding upcoming meetings. AGENDA ITEM NO. 9: Possible action and discussion on future agenda items – A Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given.
