I. Call to order. II. Welcome New Committee Members. III. Hear Visitors. IV. Approval of minutes from November 25, 2019 meeting. V. Report and possible discussion by Chairman Clay David Hanks. VI. Goals Committee Update by Jerry Crockett. VII. Presentation, possible, action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report regarding current and upcoming programs and events.  Nov. 22 - Thanksgiving Potluck  December 11 - Holiday Open House  January 15 – EHLL “Exploring the Antartic-Endurance: Shackleton’s Incredible Voyage” by Peter Witt  January 24 – Senior Trip to Old Towne Spring  February 11 – Parks Board Meeting 6-9 p.m.  February 14 – Valentine’s Day Senior Social at the Lincoln Center  February 19 – EHLL “Texas Law History” by Mr. Phil Banks  February 26 – BUNKO 1-3:30 p.m. & LRC Trip to African-American History Museum VIII. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. IX. Código Penal §30.07.
