4. Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of minutes from the November
121 2019 meeting.
5. Welcome new Board members.
6. Presentation, discussion, possible action on the appointing of new Senior Advisory
Committee members.
7. Strategic Planning: Short and Long term.
Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board Goals.
8. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Parks Projects
Summary and Dedications of Less than Five Acres from Rusty Warncke.

9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
