AGENDA
A quorum of the City Council may or may not attend the Senior Advisory Committee Meeting.
I. Call to order.
Il. Hear Visitors.
III. Approval of minutes from October 28, 2019 meeting.
IV. Report and possible discussion by Chairman Frank Duchmasclo.
V. Goals Committee Update by Jerry Crockett.
VI. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report
regarding current and upcoming programs and events.
• Nov. 22 - Thanksgiving Potluck
• Dec. 6,7,13 & 14 - Christmas In The Park
• December 11 - Holiday Open House at Meyer Center
• December 14 - Age of Elegance at Lincoln Recreation Center
VII. Service award presentation for outgoing members; Bryana Childers, Arlene Petroski,
Norma Teetes, Patricia VanderBoom, Darla VanFickell & Janet Wood.
VIII. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
IX. Adjourn.

"Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried
handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun
licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly".
