HomeMy WebLinkAbout07/11/2019 - Regular Agenda - Archived Posting - Rock Prairie Management District No. 2ROCK PRAIRIE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO.2 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directors of the above captioned District will hold a regular public meeting at 4121 State Hwy 6 South, College Station, Brazos County, Texas 77845, said address being a meeting place of the District. The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. The City Council of College Station, Texas may or may not attend the Public Meeting. The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters: 1. Review and approve minutes of the May 21, 2019, Board of Directors meeting; 2. Approval of Bonds, Qualification Statements, Affidavits of Current Director and Oaths of Office of appointed members of the Board of Directors of the District; 3. Approval of Election Not to Disclose Certain Information; 4. Election of officers of Board of Directors; 5. Approval of amended District Registration Form relative to above; 6. Authorize preparation and maintenance of a local government officers list in connection with conflict of interest disclosure requirements; 7. Discuss training requirements memorandum for Director pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act and the Texas Public Information Act, and the procedures for compliance with same; 8. Discuss conflicts disclosure statement reporting requirements memorandum for Director; 9. Bookkeeper's Report and authorizing the payment of invoices presented; 10. Tax Assessor/Collector's Report; 11. Engineering Report, including: a. Authorizing the design and/or advertisement for bids for construction of facilities within the District, approving of related storm water plans, including: 1) Status of design of Lakeway Drive Reserve Phase 201; b. Authorizing the award of or concurrence in award of contracts for the construction of facilities within the District, authorizing acceptance of TEC Form 1295, and approval of any storm water permits, including: 1) Construction of Midtown Reserve 104; c. Status of construction of facilities to serve land within the District, including the approval of any pay estimates and/or change orders and authorize acceptance of Form 1295: 1) Construction of offsite sanitary sewer trunk line by Whitestone Civil Construction, LLC; 2) Construction of onsite sanitary sewer trunk line by Greens Prairie Investors, Ltd.; 3) Construction of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving facilities for Bird Pond Road by Brazos Paving, Inc.; 4) Construction of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving facilities for Midtown Reserve Subdivision Phase 100 by Greens Prairie Investors, Ltd.; and 5) Construction of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving facilities for Midtown Reserve Phase 102 by Greens Prairie Investors, Ltd.; d. Acceptance of site and/or easement conveyances for facilities constructed or to be constructed for the District, and acceptance of facilities for operation and maintenance purposes, including: 1) Conveyance and Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities from College Station Town Center, Inc. in connection with offsite sanitary sewer trunk line; and 2) Conveyance of Utility Facilities from District to City of College Station in connection with offsite sanitary sewer trunk line; e. Adoption of a plan relative to future proposed recreational facilities and the adoption of a Resolution Adopting Plan for Recreational Facilities; and f. Status of acceptance by the City of College Station, Texas, of streets for maintenance; 12. Developer's Report; 13. Attorney's Report; 14. Authorize completion, execution and filing with the Secretary of State of Voting System Annual Filing Form relative to District elections; 15. Request from Records Management Officer to destroy notes of Board of Directors meetings from February 15, 2018 to February 14, 2019; and 16. Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
