I. Call to order II. Hear Visitors III. Welcome and introduction of newly appointed members of the Senior Advisory Committee. IV. Approval of minutes from January 28, 2019 meeting V. Frank Duchmasclo will report on Senior Age Demographics with Katy and ask for Awareness Sub-committee group reports VI. Presentation, possible action and discussion on sub-committee appointments  Program sub-committee  2019 goal sub-committee  Web site committee VII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report regarding current and upcoming programs and events  February 15 – Meyer’s Center Tour  February 14 – Valentine’s Day Tea and Dance  February 23, 24 - Senior Games.  March 6,13,20,27 – Beginner Tai Chi from 3:30-4:30 pm by Bryan Collins  March 7,14,21–Beginner Tap Dance from 1:30-2:30 p.m. by Sue Engbrock  March 15 – Beginning Jewelry Making Class 3-5 p.m,  March 20 - EH Lunch Lecture “Aviation History of BCS” by Johnny Keown  March 27- Aging in Place Lecture Series by Alec Moreno  March 27 – Lunch & Learn “Stroke Education” by Micah MacDaniel  March 28 – Senior World Passport Program 2-3 p.m.  March 28- Monthly Dance VIII. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. IX.
