1. Call to Order
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes.
January 18, 2018
3. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the history of the BioCorridor Interlocal
Agreement and BioCorridor Planned Development District. (L.Guindi)
4. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the powers and duties of the BioCorridor
Board. (M.Hitchcock)
5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the history of waivers considered by the
BioCorridor Board. (A.Helton)
6.Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding waiver requests to BioCorridor
Planned Development District Sections 8.2.G.1 and 8.2.G.3 'Blocks', and Section 8.J.2 'Access
Ways' and a presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding a Preliminary Plan for
Traditions Phases 101-107 consisting of 14 lots and 6 common areas on approximately 104.9
acres generally located south of HSC Parkway, west of Turkey Creek Road, and north of
Raymond Stotzer Parkway. Case #PP2018-000017 (A.Helton)
7. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding a recommendation on rezonings in College
Station and Bryan to amend the terms of the BioCorridor Planned Development District.

8. Possible action and discussion on future agenda items – A BioCorridor Board Member may
inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual
information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to
a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
9. Adjourn.
