The City Council may or may not attend the Design Review Board meeting.
1. Call to Order.
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes.

3. Consideration, discussion, and possible action to approve Absences from Meetings:

4. Public hearing, presentation, possible action, and discussion to consider a waiver to Unified
Development Ordinance Section 5.8.b.8 "Sidewalk Standards" for Logie's, located at 201
College Main which is zoned NG -1 Core Northgate. Case AVVV2018-000037 (LHovde)
5. Possible action and discussion on future agenda items — A Design Review Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall
be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
6. Adj ourn.
