5. 18-0520 Public hearing, presentation, possible action, and discussion to
consider a sign variance to the Unified Development Ordinance
Section 7.5 'Signs' to allow for two low profile signs in addition to the
one permitted freestanding sign for the Barron Park Subdivision Lots 1
& 2, generally located at 4201 State Highway 6 South, which is zoned

6. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A member may inquire about a
