BRYAN COLLEGE STATION PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD
September 18,2013
On the 18t day of September 2013,the Bryan College Station Public Library System Advisory Board of
the cities of Bryan and College Station,Texas met in regular meeting at the Clara B. Mounce Public
Library,201 E.26th Street,Bryan,Texas.
1. Larry Ringer,President,called the meeting to order at 5:20 p.m. and the following were present:

3. Other attendees were Joey Dunn, City of Bryan Deputy City Manager, and Laura Mills,Adm. Asst.
Gary Ives was a visitor. Other guests were Joel Morley and Jacqueline Woolard from Trinity Library
Resources; Marc Yench and Frank Yench from Canyon Prairie Design.
• 4. The previous meeting minutes of July 2013 were approved as distributed.
5. The monthly stats for July and August were reviewed.
6.In old business,Joel Morley made a power point presentation to the Board. He provided some ideas
for furnishings for the second floor,children's area.
7. In new business,a budget update was not available.
8. Dr.Koeninger's librarian's report is attached. Dr.Larry Ringer provided the handout in the absence of
Dr.Koeninger.
9. Next meeting will be November 20th at the Ringer Library.
10. The meeting adjourned at 6:15 pm.
