BRYAN COLLEGE STATION PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD
September 17,2014
On the 17th day of September 2014,the Bryan College Station Public Library System Advisory Board of
the cities of Bryan and College Station,Texas met in regular meeting at the Carnegie History Center at
111 S. Main Street,Bryan,Texas 77803. With two vacancies in the board, it was determined that four
members met the requirements of a quorum.
1. Don Hellreiger called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. and the following were present:

3. Other guests were Dr.Larry Koeninger,Library System Director; Joey Dunn,City of Bryan Deputy
City Manager; David Schmitz City, College Station Parks and Rec Manager; and Laura Mills,Library

4. The previous meeting minutes of August 2014 were approved as distributed.
5. The monthly stats for August were reviewed.
6. A. In old business,David Schimtz reported that four companies were selected to make presentations to
the Library expansion committee on September 23, 2014. The committee will make a final decision on
the company at the end of the month.
7. There was no new business.
8. Dr. Koeninger's librarian's report is attached.
9. Next meeting will be November September 17, 2014 at the Carnegie History Center.
10. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
