City Budget i. FY2012 proposed budget has been submitted to Bryan.As part of the process Bryan will notify CS concerning the requested funds. 2. Library Administrative Clerk i. Proposing moving a clerk from Ringer to take Carol's position ii. Waiting for recommendation from HR concerning proper procedure 3. Mounce Parking i. Regent Street (east side of the library) will be closed for about 7 weeks so support beams for the parking garage can be brought to the site. 4. Mounce Remodel i.
