BRYAN COLLEGE STATION PUBLIC LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD
March 18,2015
On the 18th day of March 2015, the Bryan College Station Public Library System Advisory Board of the
cities of Bryan and College Station, Texas met in regular meeting at the Carnegie History Center, 111 S.
Main, Bryan,Texas
1. Vice President Mary Joy Venuti called the meeting to order at 5:16 p.m. and the following were

4. The previous meeting minutes of January 2015 were approved as corrected.
5. The monthly stats for January and February 2015 were reviewed.
6. A. In old business,David Schmitz reported that the contract with Komatsu is on the City of College
Station Consent Agenda on April 23`d
7. There was no new business.
8. Dr.Koeninger's librarian's report is attached.
9. Next meeting will be May 20`'at the Larry J.Ringer Library.
10. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
