No signed contract yet; Purchasing continues to "remind" the Otis rep that we have to move forward. Apparently Otis Corp. has a lot of internal processes to work through. At this point the work will most likely be scheduled for late August or early September. I believe the job will be completed by December 2016. DK 2. Library Closure a. Memorial Day 3.
