OF THE BRYAN LIBRARY BOARD
JANUARY 17, 1995

1 . On the 17th of January 1995 the Library Board of the City of Bryan, Texas
convened in a regular session at the Texas A&M West Campus Library at 5: 15
p.m. The following members were present:

Also present was Mrs. Clara B. Mounce, City Librarian and secretary Laura
Mills. Librarians present were Ms. Angela Alford, Ms. Kathleen Dill , Ms.

3. Visitors were Dr. Fred Heath and Dr. JaaR Dodd.
4. The minutes were approved as mailed.
5. The statistics for November and December were provided in the mailout.
6. There were no committee reports.
7. The meeting was a tour of the new Texas A&M West Campus Library; Dr. Joan
Dodd head of the library, described services offered using state-of-the-
art computer technology. Refreshments were served by the library staff.
+8. There was no unfinished business.
9. There was no new business.
10. There were no requests for items on the next agenda.
11 . The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
