Meeting Place--THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE WEST CAMPUS LIBRARY ON THE WEST CAMPUS OF TEXAS A&M LIBRARY AT 5 : 15 P .M. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH BOARD MEMBER TO NOTIFY THE LIBRARY IF UNABLE TO ATTEND. Tour of the new West Campus Library on the West Campus of Texas A&M Library, arranged by Board Member David Moore. Enclosed is a map showing directions . Take the first right off Agronomy Road -- it leads into the parking lot behind the Medical Sciences building and Medical and Veterinary Library. The road has a sign for the medical complex . The new library building borders Agronomy Road but the pedestrian entrance is on the other side (not visible from Agronomy Road) . We expect you can find parking places in the Medical Sciences/Medical Library lot . Since it is after 5 p .m. there will be traffic leaving the campus . 411 David Moore and Clara Mounce will be visible outside the building to help you find the way inside . On the enclosed map , the West Campus Library is highlighted in yellow--the route off University onto Agronomy Road and into the medical complex lot is highlighted in pink . For information on TDD, sign language interpretation , or other translation or accessibility information, please contact Clara Mounce at 361 -3668 . Please try to contact the above person at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting so that your request may be completely fulfilled.
