1. Called to order and announced a Quorum @ 4 pm.
2. Michael Hardy requested an absence and it was approved by the committee.
3. The committee voted unanimously to approve the minutes.
4. Jerry Cooper was present as a visitor.
5. Katherine Edwards mailed out reminder letters to the historic home owners that she has not had a
response from and gave them to the end of March. Katherine and some of the committee members
will visit Ms. Aguilar's house on March 11 around 2:30 to tour her home.
6. The American Mile brick project is almost complete.
No new marker applications have been received.
Brooke is working on transcribing oral history videos from previous mayors and council members.
The new handouts for Exploring History Lunch lecture were passed out at the meeting.
No Website discussion.
Brooke Linsenbardt is working on relabeling all the titles in Project Hold to include dates and type of
item listed.
7. Kelly Kelbly had nothing to report.
8. Living History Weekend at the Museum of the American G.I. is coming up March 25-26.
9. The committee would like to meet at Veteran's Park for the April Historic Preservation Meeting.
10. Some members brought items to pass around.
11. The meeting was adjourned at 4:38 PM.
